You can create Rich Text content controls for each version of your boilerplate content and use a building block control as the container for your Rich Text content controls: In the Controls group on the Developer tab, select a content control. Building block controls can be very helpful when you want to add different boilerplate content, depending on different requirements. To create a document region that can only contain text, use a PlainTextContentControl. You can apply a combination of formatting and styles to text in a RichTextContentControl. Rich text documents includes all of these. You can use building block controls when you would like users to select a specific block or text. A RichTextContentControl can contain text as well as many other types of content, including tables, pictures, or other content controls. A plain text document lacks any formatting, colors, images, styles and media.
